I had to do both used entropay for the card bit and then soho66 for the phone verification.
Still problems though if you check my other thread I have been told I need to add bank account details before I can list anything total nightmare cant figure out if this is now standard or if indeed there was something they did not like about entropay or soho66 seemed to pass both check with no problems though so I dont understand...............
