Default Question on Paying Reimbursement Fees With Stealth Account

Hey guys,

I need to pay for my reimbursement fees to eBays after they refunded a buyer of mine.

However, after selecting Paypal as my reimbursement fees payment method, Paypal tells me to update my credit card information, since the current one has expired (which was formerly a one-time use Paypal VCC)

My question is, will a new paypal VCC be safe and usable? given that I have enough money in my Paypal to cover the reimbursement fee I owe to eBay.

So, if I need to pay $100 in reimbursement fees, and I have $150 in my Paypal, will attaching a new Paypal VCC be safe when updating my credit card information on paypal?

I need to know whether I should be using a new vcc paypal or a preloaded credit card for this.

Please do advise when convenient for you guys, thank you.

Yes, you should always keep you info up to date, I believe if your CC expires then your paypal account will not be verified.

My Paypal account is still maintaining the 'verified' status.

I am only required to update my current cc on file since the one before have expired. I've always paid my seller fees through one-time payments with paypal, however, I've never paid for reimbursement fees.

So if I update my paypal with another one-time use Paypal VCC, will eBay actually try to deduct directly from the card? or they will take it out from the remaining funds sitting in my Paypal?
