proof of shipping non ebay items
I called yesterday and asked PP why they were asking "SEPERTLEY" for Supplier Information, and Invoices. It dosen't make sense. PP then explained, reason being some business dont put there contact information on the top of them. Maybe my perspective is terribly askewed but I cant ever recall an invoice not having all of the supplier information on them.
How come when you ask them specifically about the limitation placed on your account, in my case the "unusual or potentially
high risk activity." they say for the protection of the PP community; "we cannot discuss that with you?" Its like being pulled over issued a traffic ticket without an explanation.
The part of the RX1034 that really vexed me is where it says for my protection!!!! "For your protection, we have limited access to your account until
additional security measures can be completed. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause."
Lastly has anyone ever been asked to supply shipping information for Non-Ebay Items, that is also a 1st for me. I know now the only way for $$$$ to safely be sent is with your buyer using just your PP Email Address. I have always sent a request for $$$$. PP told me even if you do a $$$ request for service they want to know what service your being paid for.
This AM I got a request to fill out a survey based on my phone experience. Too bad they really dont care if there sellers are pleased with PP's service.
