When you upload a picture for a listing on ebay what data is shared with ebay? Do they only know the format the picture is in? So i should change the format up some? if i am listing pictures takin from the same camera on multiple accounts would this have any linking affect???

I would say they can find out the photos size and the name of the photo you have it saved to on your computer, Also where ever you uploaded them to like tinypic photo hosting sites.
What I will do:
take the photo in different sizes, You can do this on your camera.
When you save it on your computer change the name of it.
Search Google to find free image hosting to upload your photos.
Make the photo's look different
You should be find if you do it this way.

Perhaps that helps, but the exif tag info remains the same, unless you creatively adjust that. Many cameras embed meta data within the header. The header does not change when you alter dimensions, pixel attributes, etc.

The exif meta bots don't seem to work as quickly or as effectively as other bots doing other jobs. However, they are effective enough that we should all strip the tags as much as we are able.
Just because a user has survived the exif bots so far - does not mean they won't get nailed in the future.
