Just make sure that the IP is dynamic, 5gb is alright if just for ebay, if you surf other stuff and watch youtube and adult entertainment videos etc would get more...

wel, it really vary. I suggest that you should apply for a home plan internet, which is ADSL. Then you can be able to change your ip everytime. Adam is a good option.

what i really concern is about the stability since my current internet provider TPG is really lousy ,the line constantly drop-out .freak me out.

i think you should do some research on the providers..to see who gets the best reviews..specially for your area/surrounding area..also make sure that they are easy to change the ip..because that is KEY!

Depends... the quickest and easiest way is with a mobile internet dongle... unplug it, plug it in again, 10 seconds later new IP... a bit more expensive, but if you have a laptop, its the only way to go... (you dont need to pay for home phone line rental)

yeah, still works on a desktop... most of them have a self install program for user interface... disconnect, reconnect new IP...... the money you save on the home phone line makes up for the extra cost... They are mostly prepaid, same deal as your mobile, eg go to a supermarket, get the recharge voucher... thats it
