ebay case opened then closed without letting me reply

ebay case opened then closed within about an hour I thought they were supposed to give you time to reply

it says weve decided your both not at fault but ebay have refunded the buyer personally and added it to my ebay fees

If you are both not at fault and they refunded the buyer personally, then why did they add it to your fees?

What was the reason the case was opened? Some cases they do open and then close them automatically and others they require a answer. Some more information is needed to give you a proper answer.

I had basically the same thing happen to me. Do you have enough in the account to cover the refund? Or a card on file Ebay can charge?

For me they waited a month and a half until the paypal account that recieved the payment had enough balance to cover the refund.

Guess they got tired of to many people walking away from the their paypal accounts when they went negative.
