Contacting CEO of paypal about limited account

i have gathered information about there ceo of paypal, by research and many have said that this guy can relief your issues and delimit your account if you have relivent information along with proper explanaition... im in process of doing this but i was wondering if its a good move or not and has anyone tryed this, if so what are your sugestions

Soz I was rude. So not necessary. I checked my pms for you. That user did not get his account unlimited. He went stealth successfully then lost that account as well. No contact since....
