verify paypal account- money already in it

hey i have a paypal account with <$500 in it, unfortunately it is unverified so the money is just sitting there. it is in my name and i do not have a CC nor bank account. i can use, however, my mom's CC or bank info which is in her name (same last name) (wells fargo).

would this work? or will my moms bank account be frozen or my paypal?
what other options would i have if i cant?
i cant get a VCC since the money i could use is trapped in the unverified account.

Yeah you can withdraw to your moms bank account. PP can't see the name on the bank account. Wells Fargo is a confirmed working bank.
