"banned" member (and feebay employee) tcho was once again logged onto this forum. I spotted him myself, for those who are also concerned about this I thought I would let you know. 10pm EDST

I also saw him/her earlier when I logged in before. I just don't get how a banned person is allow on this forum. Is the person banned by name or IP?
