You buy these prepaid at a store and take them home and instantly they're active. No waiting in the mail or waiting for a virtual card site to fart around. Then these cards can instantly be personalized.

Their prices range from $2 to $6 for the non-reloadable. Don't get reloadable as they cost a lot.

allaccessgift is a division of netspend. I don't have anything really bad to say about their service except many of their employees aren't very well trained. You have to wade through 5-10 before you find a seasoned agent who is helpful.

yeah i tried to use a giftcard with Paypal today and it got denied due to " Merchant doesnt offer AVS verfication", so yeah if ebay starts doing this there is going to be alot of angry people
