question about paypal review outcome...
today i got a paypal review on a payment from someone new to ebay, with nil feedback, registered 1 week ago. here is what i receive from paypal for the transaction review:
We have completed our payment review of the transaction below. You may proceed to process the order. Please note however that the payment may still be subject to a subsequent reversal, chargeback or claim. More information can be found in our "Receiving Payments" section, located in our User Agreement. To know if your item may be protected, check the 'Seller Protection Policy' located in our User Agreement.
so that means i am still on my own? the have done the review, and they still can't assure me that by sending out the items, i am protected??
i also want to know how to protect ourselves, in such cases, do i wait for a few days, and see what happens before i sent items out?
if reverse or charge back occurs do you know when that might happen? if it is a fraud i guess they will wait and start to claim once they see i have sent out the items? then there is the hard choice in front of me: send it, or cancel it telling him i run out of stock??
thank you!
