just having about 1200 $ ebay fees unpaid . It has been reserved since there is no money in my pp and my bank account. Is there any possibility to just close my bank account to avoid these fees. Also i dont think my ebay account is comin back if i pay for the fees. thanks

Does this eBay account have your real personal information? Here in the USA they can send you to a collection agency and it can go on your credit report. I've seen it happen! If they don't have your real info, you can probably get away with it.
it is a stealth account but ive been linked to my pp. Also pp got my account details including real name and account number.

I would close the checking account or bank account. They tried overdrafting me once. It worked and then my bank account got closed lol. I had to pay the bank and then once done with that I am just now working on paying back paypal.
im not a lawyer but once bank account is closed ebay cant hit your paypal and then charge your credit report with ebay fees and then collect that way. That said ebay and paypal do as they please so i would try it and if it shows on credit report pay it.
but i dont see a fee from ebay in stealth going to your real details on paypal and showing up under your credit report holding water if you dispute it.
