awww i miss netspend and just realized it could verify paypal about 2months before it stopped working to verify paypals

There is such a thing as a virtual bank for verifications only. you will not have an actual acct. only for verification purposes for 2 small deposits. After you add another bank acct or a debit card to withdraw.
But why can't you use a local Bank? They...or most should be able to provide the same service for you. I use two different banks in town and was able to deposit and withdraw the second I verified my 3 deposits.

But he's NOT in the USA but Iran. So he does not have access to banks like ya'll. Silly OP.

@waterproof With BOA you can do the instant verify with the password or wait the few days for the deposits. Being paranoid about stealth I went for deposits. aspkin has used the other method with success
