paypal business account question

i've already created an stealth account, i want to upgrade it to a business account do i have to go register an abn or acn? also would this help prevent paypal from closing my account, im not going to be selling any vero

I am not sure about this as i have been thinking about this too. However on the registration they ask for a ABN number, which can be looked up and see real details. Anyone tried this?
