bidpay for international sellers?

I'm thinking of giving BidPay a try. I saw that they need a US bank account, not a problem for me. Are there any other requirements like US citizens only or SSN or..? I think I've seen a few sellers that surely are not US citizens use BidPay, but I never saw anything on their website..

It's not a good choice unless you have 10+ feedback already. BidPay doesn't work well with new members.

I just read that, yep. I'm more likely to use it on a 40+ feedback account of mine, so I should be okay.

Do eBay and BidPay "link" in any way? Since I need to use my real information with BidPay and then use it on the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ eBay accounts, will that work? I'd hate to see BidPay send my real information to eBay or the other way around...
