Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

Does anyone know what is ebay telling me ? Because i use a new eBay acct and listed one item. It was sold. Then I listed couple more items, i got this suspensions notice. No link between this new ebay acct and paypal (Note: the paypal account I use is a linked account with my old suspended ebay account but that paypal account never got suspended.) I did remove all the auction preference in my paypal, I assume this will cut the linkage with ebay. Do you think I got the notice because the paypal I use or something else ? If this really assosiated with my old suspended ebay account, the notice should have different content, or say you are suspended because you are related to your suspended account, right ?
