Paypal asking for only ssn or passport!

hi. i bought an account from lakeman that was bank verified only, so no cc, no ebay . the account is requiring only a SSN, what should I do?? I called them and they said it needs ssn or passport. Please help. It seemed good but once I started spending the money I got limited. It still has $350 in it. I never have a problem getting money into my personally made unverified accounts but i tought verified accounts are way stronger. I've been using paypal and ebay for over a year now but i never get passport or ssn requirements. what should i do?

The SS # is impossible to "recreate" from what I understand because PP does a soft credit check to see if the info matches the account info...I do not have a passport
Some of the "guru's" on here will be able to help I'm sure...
