Default PayPal Holds on an established account

So, after receiving 3 negative feedbacks, and a couple of INR eBay disputes, I got an email saying from now on, ALL payments will be held under the 21 day rule.

Now, I am aware of what makes them hold funds on new accounts, but can anyone who has experienced this tell me what the likelihood is of getting the account back to normal standing, and what it will take?

Thanks

Maybe about 20-30 transactions with no problems. However if you got more than 25 DSR, and they're all above 4.3, you should REALLY be concerned.

3 negative feedback plus a couple of disputes will definitely do it, especially if they are all relatively recent.

There is no quick and easy way to get the holds removed. Here is what I recommend:

1) Ship the same day or the next day. Always use delivery confirmation. Enter the tracking number when you ship the item. Do not wait for a problem to develop.

2) Stop whatever is causing the negative feedbacks. If they are shipping related, then the above point should take care of it. If they are communication related, then communicate better with your buyers. If they are quality related, then find higher quality items to sell.

PayPal now sees you as a risk. You need to prove to them that you are not. If you follow the above, they should disappear in a couple of months. Assuming no more claims filed an no more negatives.

More claims and negatives is likely to get you booted completely.
