The thing is, if you want to sell DVD's in QUANTITY, especially the box sets or anything Disney, then eBay at some point will want invoices and to know who your distributor is. PayPal may want more information, including an SSN or whatever the UK equivalent of an SSN is. They know who the legitimate distributors are, and they sometimes will call to verify.
As stated above, if you are selling a few used DVD's from your personal collection, it will probably be OK.
If you start listing a bunch of new releases, then the VERO members may take issue with that.
I'm in the US and it may be different in the UK, but not by much.
And if your customers start sending emails through eBay complaining that the discs don't work, or that they think they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, then your account is toast.
