| Industry standard is 180 days for a CC chargeback. It can happen after that time frame.
What you have to realize that any case where a disgruntled buyer is after getting revenge, they might go to any lengths to win. They might persuade someone to allow their claims. Each case ends up being judged on individual merit( or lack of) and a seller may be compromised. Quote:

| Well ebay says that feedback can be left up to 60 days after a transaction. So you can sometimes 'sweat' waiting. Again, feedback can be unjustly left outside of that time frame.
Bottom line: dont trust the time frames and always be aware you might get stung
