 DHGate Buyer Protection
I've ordered some items off a seller on DHGate, they've got good feedback and are a PowerSeller. They gave me a tracking which hasn't showed up on DHL's website. I emailed them and they said that their shipping agent cant find any trace of the parcel and that they are going to resend it. On my DHGate it says 'pending delivery confirmation' for that order. How long do I have before the money is automatically released to the seller or do I always have to confirm I've received the goods.
Also has anyone ever come across tracking numbers that never appear or tracked parcels just disappearing. I'm aware that sometimes the parcel number changes but shouldn't the sender be told this at some point?
