1. Are you sure it was sent by DHL and not my EMS? Ha just making sure.
2. I read that there is a standing policy that if you don't put a dispute in, it's about 21 days after shipment that they auto-release - other folx with more experience can correct my exact figure but along that lines.
You have time that begins to tick down to realse around 48 hrs left =)
