Canada Paypal Credit Card Verify Question

okay I made a stealth ebay and paypal account and added a prepaid card to the paypal account and theres no option to verify the credit card is this normal. There is a button beside the credit card info saying complete verification but it just takes me to adding a bank account is this normal. Thanks

You are right, it's basically asking you to complete verification by adding a bank account, not to further verify credit card. But you can link that credit card after adding bank by click the "Link this card" and paypal will deposit $2.95 to your card with 4-digit code.
