Default Account limited?

My ebay account has been limited, but they haven't notified me. I just can't list anymore items. When I contacted them, they suggested that I contact T&S to get the limitation lifted. Is this a good idea or not. Should I just leave it and see what happens?
I also received a email from paymate asking me to re-enter my merchant info or they may freeze my account??
I have no idea what's going on.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Could someone please make some suggestions as to what is the right thing to do.

Do I contact T&S, and what is it they want.

Hey there,

I would suggest contacting them asap - don't be afraid of being proactive with eBay and Paymate. Paymate - you used your real info I am sure so you need to speak with them. eBay - did you use your real info? Find out what the issue is and come back and post - or PM.

Thanks for the replies

I emailed paymate and their response was, (I asked if it was spoof email as it was a Dear paymate customer.)

Quote:
Thank you for contacting Paymate.
First of all this is legit and you can view this on our twitter page. Nothing to worry about if you already have updated your information or nothing has changed.
Part of the banking regulations require us to ask our customers to update their information.
So no problems there.

T&S.... This makes me nervous.

PM sent to you rsot with all the details.

Blackhorse, I wish I knew how they can be helpful. I thought they would be after info on suppliers and so on, some of which I can supply, others not so easy.

Paypal are also after more info.....

Paymate is OK then, I hope.

When you sign into ebay are there any messages ? Or when you go to list do you get an alert?

What is the status with paypal? Did that happen b4 the ebay problem?

Hi GreenBean, No alerts, nothing!

I just tried to list something on ebay and it just would take me to the sign in page, and I couldn't sign in. Over and over again, drove me nuts.

So I contacted ebay and asked why, check your cookies and all of that stuff...... then after a long silence I was informed that T&S had limited my selling and I should contact them and have it lifted.

PM sent.

Dude the same thing happened to me - they limited my account where i was only able to list a certain value of goods for sale until my DSR improves - then i get an email from them saying it was lifted as a result of a significant improvement in DSR (detailed seller ratings), though it was still limited.
When i wrote to them to ask why my account is still limited even after they sent an emai telling me it is no longer limited - now i'm unable to list anything at all.
As of this week.

Hence i don't recommend contacting them and just make a new account - don;t waste your time.
Hope this was clear and of some help

Found out why I couldn't list, there must be a monthly limit? As of the first of the month, I'm able to list again.
I wish they would just send an email or have some sort of alert that you have reached your limit for that month, instead of freaking people out. But that would be too sensible, I suppose.
