Default where's my chargeback $$$$ ?

Hmmm

Anyone has any idea what will happen or when the money gonna credited back to my account?

bought $600 of stuff and item never delivered, dispute in paypal for item not received, 10 days later paypal favour at my side to credit back the funds, it says took 5 business days for adjustment to be done.

it's been 7 days now and don't see anything credited back, $50 from paypal balance and rest goes to Amex. (when paying that time).

What's the pending and holding up? paypal unable to recover funds from seller balance or the seller has zero in the account...

Do i need to call up AMEX to dispute the transaction ? since Paypal is doing the job...

any idea ?

Dispute it through AMEX...Paypal may not come through with all of your money for whatever reason...AMEX should get it ALL...

YOu want to dispute through Amex? Get ready to get your PP limited. Just to warn you.

It can take awhile for a credit to show on your card. PayPal plays around for awhile and then Amex does. I wouldn't panic yet. I've seen a credit card credit from a store take 10 days to actually show on card.

I only would have called AMEX. They will give you money back in a heartbeat. No hassle!

Give it a 3 more days. It can take 3-5 business days, so if you start chargeback on a weekend it can take as many as 9 days total because of the 4 weekend days.

On the 10th day call paypal and tell them if the money is not in your account in 24 hours you will go through AMEX.
With AMEX you will get your money back quick, but then paypal will cry like a bitch if they have to eat it and will most likely limit your account down the road.

That's sounds very unfair to limit my account since PP failed to refund back and only way is to Amex.

hahah

anyhow i called up my bank card and no transaction from the last 5 days and called up paypal and spoke to the person and he "guided" me to check under history the balance $60 bucks has been refunded and the rest goes back to Amex.

Am very confused on how's the transaction history shows like as its jumbled up with withdrawal, payment reversal, buyers payment received...etc

What the fella told me you already withdraw to your bank along with one buyer payment received....duh

my daily withdrawal towards bank its alot...how on earth to difference out the $60...

Wll call up amex next 3 days to check any refunds been take place.

egay - love it

Did you get limited? If not - well done. The transaction history is always jumbled up in paypal - best to leave it be.

I know 2 people who did chargeback - properly since they were being ripped off - paypal asked for ID etc. after chargeback got processed - they did it via their CC provider. Mayeb diff circumstance but yes, limited - useless account.

Limited - nope, i have yet to call up amex for chargeback but the dispute form is ready to fill up, giving them until end of this week and will recheck with amex again whether any incoming refund money.

The only limitation in my account was when i refund 10 times in a week from my very fist time of use.

I thought that paypal did not refund payments if they are not able to recover it from the seller ? Unless you chargeback your Credit Card payment ?

From memory here - as it is under buyer protection - paypal refund you the money, then try and get it from the buyer by other means if they didnt have it in the account.
