New ebay acc with Old Paypal

Hi all, I would like to ask could I use my old paypal account with my new ebay account? My old paypal account is without any limited, all are running well, but my old ebay acc is suspended...
If can't, I have to create a new Paypal account, but could I write the same name and same address as old acc but with different bank acc# when apply new Paypal acc? Since I have several bank account but I want to make sure if it is okay, could anyone reply me? Thanks...

you should buy or creat one new ebay with verified new PP .the information between ebay and PP should be same . once you sell on ebay ,you can add your old PP and receive money .it will be ok .
