need help on prepaid visa cards

Hi, i need help on prepaid visa cards. I looked through this forum but could not find the info i need. I just purchased an AU ANZ prepaid visa gift card and was wondering if that was ok to use on ebay to pay seller fees?
Also entered my real details to check transactions online. Just wondering if that would be a problem?
Im just a bit confused with the credit card part, do i need to use my stealth ebay/paypal account details or can i use my real details on a credit card.
