- safest way to request money-

Hi,

i do dropship service, and need to request money from my buyer and paid my supplier after they send me paypal invoice (the transaction, completely out of ebay)

now i have a problem in request money from my buyer, a few days before, like usually i sent the invoice for service to my buyer
after my buyer made a payment, the fund was hold and my buyer's paypal account get limited

after i talked to him, we agree to 'made a refund without sending the item' option, but the fund still on hold until now

what i want to ask is, what is the safest way to request money from my buyer and send it to my supplier without any problem with getting limited? (in my condition)

i heard 'mass payment' is a good choice, can you guys refer me with some idea or solution?

mass payment is good because whoever receives the money doesnt get fees charged thats all i know right there.

yes, that's the positive thing

but is there no negative thing?
like being link with paypal account that have a problem
