Verizon Modem-Router-2-in-1, How to change MAC

Feels like a big family here

I have verizon DSL with Modem-Router-2-in-1 (Actiontec GT704WG), can someone please kindly teach me to change the MAC address.

-I talked to verizon, by turning the modem & router on and off, it will change the WAN IP address. Great! and I don't mind doing this way. Question is there are 2 computers in my network. By turning modem on and off, the Broadband WAN IP address changes to a new IP address but the 2 computer in my network still have the same IP address and same MAC address. (IPBurger showing new/changed WAN IP address tho). Will eBay be able to see my network computer MAC address and link to suspended account? Sorry if it sounds confusing, not really a tech person.

Currently eBay does not track MAC addresses.

They just check your IP address as you would see it on IP Burger. (among other things as discussed in the forum and the Stealth Book)
