Lurker, first posting, thanks!
I've been lurking on this site for about 3-4 weeks as I had my original Amazon account suspended back then, with a few others because of links. The original one was all my real info and it was going quite well (up to 5k a month after 6 months) but I got flagged for a few questionables and I was (I think) giving too many shipping refunds and setting too many flags as I was new to the whole Amazon selling process.
Well I started a few more accounts last month (new computers, new IPs for each, new gift cards, new disposable phones, unique passwords etc). Everything was going smooth but today I passed the $750 or $800 limit on one account and I was put into the standard 'review' others have mentioned: Quote:
We are writing to let you know that we are conducting a review of your selling account. During this review, your funds will be temporarily reserved in your Marketplace Payments account.
| So my question is do they ever conduct a phone call interview (I read about others posts) during this first review? I'm selling half iffy and have legit items. Should I continue to sell? What are my odds of getting restored? I'm an idiot because the names I used for both account are names that don't even look like real names so I guess I need to be better about that.
Two things I did in the last days set off the review: (A) Requested my 2nd disbursement (first was about $400, today's around $380), (B) I issued
a refund to a buyer yesterday as well. Feedback has been decent, about 10% all 5/5.
I do want to thank everyone for posting their experiences and processes. It is much appreciated. Been on Ebay for 7+ years.... so many suspended accounts it is ridiculous... I'm finally started to fine tune things and think this forum will be great to share all my experiences with and learn from.
