I just received an email from CCNow for the wire transfer:
We apologize for the confusion. Generally, we allow a wire
transfer payment 4-5 business days to arrive to the respective
client's bank account. We ask that you allow a little more time
to receive payment.
Regards,
this is ridiculous!!!! It takes the same time to send a cheque. I am pretty upset at the moment.

Pretty bad on their part. Hopefully this problem is not deeply seeded...meaning lack of funds on their side, investments gone astray, bad management, etc. Here's hoping it's just a one time deal...and just to you once =) no offense.

I hope ccnow works for you luna, because I just open a ccnow account. I have heard that ccnow will suspend your account for anything. I wonder if the wire transfer is taking long because your not located in the US and the price you sold was high?? Let us know if the payment went through.
The payment went through no problem now. but I really had to fight hard for it. I don't think the problem is on the amount. they just wanted to work with the money a bit I think. A wire transfer to Canada takes 24-48 hours max. that is really true. and I contacted digital river because they own ccnow. and then it worked no problem. ccnow is really good otherwise, haven't had a problem so far. but I will go back to get cheques sent.

CCNow are notoriously slow. They have your payment on 14 day rolling disbursements and then a further 3 days for it to hit your bank account, and that's without any of the catalogue of errors. Pros and cons to all payment processors, you have to accept longer waiting time with Paymate or CCNow.
