Cant Lift Withdraw Limit..Can I add a new paypal to my ebay?

So I tried lifting the withdraw limit today with a vcc that I got from my normal vcc supplier but apparently the code did not show up or something and If I add another vcc to my paypal it will be limited. He told me that this happens with 10% of US paypals that his customers try to verify (but I have never heard of this before). Anyways so obviously this paypal is done (or I can just use it to withdraw $500 a month which is not an option because I need to withdraw a lot more than $500 a month).

My problem is that I would still like to use the eBay account that is attached to this paypal..so can I just make a new paypal and link it to the eBay account? should the address be different on the new paypal or can it be the same? Also should I delete this paypal before I make the new one to attach it to my ebay?

and yes I know... I should of lifted the limit before I even started using the account... I just learned that.. lol

Hey there,

I have done that - attached new Paypals to old ebay accounts when the first paypal goes limited. My history has been: 2nd paypal - RXed, 3rd paypal - still going strong for now but I have not tried withdrawal.

Don't delete old paypal accoutn but be ready for limitation.

Thanks for the reply..but unfortunately I have been limited for adding a second vcc... I was told I would be but I went ahead and tried it anyway...sucks.. anyways moving on to new accounts..not like it was my only account
