 ebay account suspended but no paypal
i opened an ebay account under my neighbors name but it got suspnded. they asked for drivers license, utility bill and copies of invoice which i provided them all. They still denied the appeal stating that some of the goods I listed on ebay were not on the invoice so the account could not be reinstated. Luckily I had not opened a paypal account under his name so paypal has nothing to do with this suspension.
Now i have just opened a paypal account under his name and i am waiting for the deposits to verify. My question is that if i open another account under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address with a gift card and link it to the paypal account that i just opened using his real/name address, would that be a problem. Since I will be opening an ebay store so it must be link to a paypal account to list items. Without linking it to paypal they wont let me list items. What should I do?
