Question With Paypal Account

Hello, this is my first time opening up a paypal stealth account. I have a couple of questions im hoping someone can verify with me. My first one is this, I'm looking for a really good prepaid debit card I can use on paypal. I found this prepaid visa debit card I can but from Wal-Mart, is this a pretty good card to use?

Is there a good website I can use to set up a bank account?

Also, if I do add this card and it does work.. and I put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.. and I use it to buy something off a website and have it shipped to my original address.. Could I get busted?

You are off to a good start - a search of the forums will yield all your answers...type in Wal - Mart together to see what effect that gives.

A good website - seems like BoA works well but again, forum search yields tons of info =)
