Simon giftcards and paypal...

Does paypal still accept simon giftcards? I got one today and I tried to make a purchase using stealth info, which matched what I gave paypal and it didn't work. Those bums took $1 off of it too. Never had this problem before. Is it because I registered it with simon then tried paying too soon after? I checked the transaction sheet on smon.com and it said that the payments were declined. Same thing happened with google checkout.

I haven't tried one in a while, but the last time I did it worked but took maybe a day or two for the EXPUSE number needed for verification to show up

Hmmm.... I got mine to work sort of. Seems to not be what it used to though...
