Activity: 0% Longevity: 79% | | best way to circulate funds on paypal
so, i started off slowly about a 1.5 months with selling little things. or 2-3 things prior and bought 2-3 things.
so today, i sold an iphone, recieved it, and SUPRISINg they did not hold the funds.
is there a catch?
should i be scared to use it?
also, what is the safest way to withdraW use funds while decresasing chances of limitation?
can i buy something right now, will that raise flag, and then transfer 100 to bank and 300 to buy something?
i will have 50 bucks.
is that oK?
I have 420 in there now what is the best way to spend it and buy and withdraw?
SORRY IF my language is a little confusing, just want to know the least suspicious way to handle money.
I have read stealth, and so any advice other than stealth boook is appericatefd!
thanks!

I had a paypal account that was 2 months old. After the second month it was pulling in over 1k money which was good until they limited for too much money going through.

Congratz on the no holds....barred.
The catch is the withdrawal/spending. Pop in the tracking information - wait for buyer to leave feedback. Be prepared to be limited on the withdrawing. You may be ok but no one can be 100% sure.
Spending it to other paypal users is a light move. Not much advice that 100% works.

your language is not confusing, your message is complicated and all over the place....
if you don't have a hold, I strongly suggest adding shipping info really quick. There isn't a least suspicious way to withdraw, just leave a small balance in paypal. like 20 dollars are so, this is atypical of criminal or suspicious behavior

Thanks for the input and I was reading more forums..
Now, If you were me, would you buy something now, or should I withdraw some? How much out of the 400 would you spend/withdraw?
There is no way, I can do 2k a month without limiation...? sucks.
And I could provide a ssn right now, because I work together with partner.
Will this lose most of the chances of getting limited?

hard to say, I never had pp limited for withdrawls (after the verify ID for money launder reasons bla bla) , once that was done any and all went fine.
it is normal that they let some sales $ go through on new accounts and some they hold, I believe it is random. I guess they figure you may need SOME money for shipping things every now and then.
the advice to leave a bit of money in is good, other than that behave as you normally would.

Ok so if I input my ssn right now, then I should be a lot safer from limitations?
All info is real oher then the misspelled address,....
Then with the ssn on file I shouod be able to sell a lot more..
Also will paypal confirm the residency address with ssn?

If you are confident in your products that they aren't bogus, etc - there would be no harm with providing SSN. Just be aware that if you ever decide to go delinquent on Paypal, they have more info on you.
Having SSN on file should give you a lot more "clout" with Paypal - trust would likely let you sell more.
Nothing is 100% though.

It's all based on risk assessment.... an SSN doesn't mean you're not a risk. You have to think like they think with this kind of thing. What would you do/expect if you were them? Empathize, look at the bigger picture, and react appropriately.

I can provide a ssn. all my items are real and legit, no vero or bogus and i dont plan on being deliquient, frauding, just straight out good business.
i sell around 3-4 iphones a month and 1-2 electronics, the thing is that the iphones are from craigslist, ebay, att, and fixing broken ones. like that.
if i provide ssn, and i have no disputes or anything and all satisfying cutsomers, will 1.5-2k a month be okay?
also, the address is mispelled, will address caUse problems on ssn?

The only people Apple allows to sell iphones are retail owned stores.... so probably not. It's still considered VERO
Always keep a back up account ready
Read around the forums a bit... you will understand soon no account is safe, ssn or no

If I were you, I wouldn't use it at all.
I would go stealth, all the way, all the time.

oh well thanks for your advice.
that means at least 500-1000 is always at limbo of being limited for 180 days =[
i still have 10k on a legit account. i should be safe right? and i can try calling them at 90 days as my account is clean from any chargebacks.

With all the accounts being limited, I wonder how much of other peoples money they are holding in their high interest bank accounts.
I would just love to see the government freeze their assets.

Right now I just received email via paypal saying that they will hold my funds 21 days over 100...
Does this mean my account is being monitored even more securely now?
Should I be very worried?

If you use paypal you should always be worried.
is this the rolling reserve? Has paypal said they will keep a portion of the money no matter what you do?
Give me some background. What's your paypal story?
