I tried to pull out a little over $300 on a new PP account, the day it arrived in the account.... wrong again. After the account was limited, with requirements impossible to meet, I told the buyer to do a chargeback because there is no way to fix it....PayPal would not even let me issue a refund to them. In fact, I was not even allowed to respond to the chargeback to expedite their refund.
Funny thing is..... I could still put money in the account if I wanted to. lol PayPal has a sense of humor!
I bought the book and will be much more careful in the future. I just hope the buyer gets his money back, I would hate to see PayPal end up with it.
