I was on phone last week with a rep who gave me a different fax number, its norm 402 area code- the girl gave me a 303 area code-to fax appeal info- thats denver ????
You know what, forget about the complaints. Its a waste of time and gets you nowhere, except releasing some steam. Take that time to open a new account and keep selling, which ultimately brings you more than a complaint.
Ebay, their parent company, has their corporate offices there. Trust me the attorney general complaint is the only slim chance you have to resolve a complaint against these *******s, short of finding a lawyer to take your class action suit.
