PayPal Website Payments

I'm currently working on building a website and planning on taking payments through PayPal. The question I have is, if you use one account to process payments from a specific website and then that account gets suspended, can you easily use another account to receive payments again from that website? Or will PayPal blacklist the referring URL?

I'm just talking about normal payments where customers click on a 'Pay Now' link.

Maybe... maybe not. When you accept payments from your website, all you're doing is setting up your gateway with your Paypal email address. You're not linking your website and Paypal. I'd give it a 50/50 either way.
