Welcome to the forums - would suggest you edit to remove name.
Sadly a bunch of us here have all experience this situation in one way or another and that is why we are here =(
Get the stealth guide pronto or read around the forums for information to learn how to restart up on ebay and paypal...it's not hard at all.
I look forward to seeing you around the forum and contributions. All the best.
Feel free to PM

you can back on ebay if you follow the guide.
your only issues might be if your products are very distinctive.

There are always bad buyers expecting too much. But if a huge amount of your buyers were not happy, you think this was ebays fault?

yes, that would make sense for sure. Not sure what eBay considers bad enough to pull the plug on a huge seller with no warnings though. So that's why I asked. Something isnt being explained here...

Summary: go stealth with tons of accounts because ebay and paypal are gone wild these days with screwing sellers. At some point in the near future they will go out of business and new companies will rise that's if ebay and paypal don't buy them out like they do for everything in competition.
Good luck!

Unfortunately your situation is not unique. eBay has been doing this to sellers, even large ones, for years.
On September 15th, you are a beloved member of the eBay community, a top-rated seller, Powerseller and a business owner.
On September 16th, you are "No Longer a Registered User". your 99% positive feedback does not matter, your money is frozen for 6 months and you are a newly-minted welfare recipient.
Arguing with eBay will do no good. We've all heard storeis about accounts being reinstated, but it is rare.
And it hurts. It really does. You THINK you are doing everything right, you sell only legal and legitimate items, you give great customer service and have been doing business for years. Then eBay closes your account and refuses to tell you why, all you receive are form-letter emails. You are dumbfounded because you cannot believe that after 14 years they will not even give you the courtesy of an appeal. It is almost impossible not to take that personally. You paid tens of thousands of dollars (or even hundreds of thousands) over the years and they could care less.
Mourn the loss for a couple of days if you must. Cry, scream, do whatever it takes to get it out of your system. Then go stealth. Spread your sales over many accounts. That way, if one gets closed, you don't lose 100% of your business.
Try selling on Amazon as well. Start a website. Whatever it takes. Depending on eBay for your living is like depending on a crack-whore to get $100,000 in cash safely from your office to your bank.
I wish there was another way, like a secret phone number to call, or the right words to put in an email, but those simply do not exist. You will definitely take a hit financially. But the quicker you deal with the situation, the quicker you can get back to where you were. But it takes time, it is not an instant process.
And realize that you are not alone. There are THOUSANDS of others who are dealing with it now, or have dealt with it in the past. I know that does not make it any easier, but right now you need to know the TRUTH.
Some people who have never had a problem with eBay see this forum and assume the users here are a buch of con-artists, counterfeiters and crooks. But most of us are honest people who lost an eBay account for silly reasons. It happens more than you would think.
Good luck!

I too had a 99.2 % fb, 8 years selling history and a cummulative 8000 fb, and was taken down for low DSR on shipping time combined with a few "where is my item" cases opened by buyers who used that instead of "ask seller a question". It really does not take much.
all my other DSR were fine. I got no call, no nothing. I also spent 10's of thousands in fees over the years.
Ebay is a disgrace.
learn what you can as fast as you can, with the stealth guide and here with so many helpful people. I think I would have lost my nut having to deal with this on my own if I had not found this forum.

Don't allow yourself to fall into a depression over this. The longer you wait to get back in the game, the more difficult it will become and the worse your finances will get. Take positive action IMMEDIATELY. Don't let these BAST*RDS WIN!

I did a mass emailing to 6 months worth of ebay buyers - directing them to my website. I only got two takers out dozens of emails. But I get make a few hundred bucks out of that mailing.
Always save those addresses from ebay sales. Make a spread sheet with real names, email addresses, and even mailing address. And then later do a mass mailing promotion, especially if you get terminated by ebay. This can bring in a few bucks while you are resetting up things.
I have an Ecrater Store also, and can send people there to look at my same items I have on amazon, and sometimes on ebay. But prices are a bit lower on my EC because there are no fees at Ecrater.com. I love it.

From what I understand is if 1 out of the 4 DSR categories hits the 1.0% mark for 1's or 2's then your account is gone for good.
