Adding bank/direct debit card Help

Hi i'm just about to start up my first stealth ebay and paypal accounts but i need help adding bank account and debit card. What is the best method to pay ebay fees? Should i pay though paypal or just use bank or debit card to pay? Im using my friends details for can i use his name when im adding my bank account and debit card on paypal? I need some help can you please PM me with some advice? Thanks.

Ebay just wants their money.

So you can use a credit card or PayPal or whatever.

Just don't use any information from a bad account that can link you to your good one.

Your PP and eBay accounts are linked no matter what (even if you don't "officially" link them). So you can pay your fees with that account.

The best way to do it is to just leave the money in the PP account to cover the fees. This might prevent PP limitations too, as the account will not be withdrawn to $0.
