I do not know if it is alright to just barge in to other peoples topic but I got problem with paypal almost the same with this.
I account became limited today. And it ask me to finish the checklist. It told me to:
Confirm credit card - this one I am having problem see deatils below
Change password - I change this today
Change security question - I change this today
Regarding Confirm your credit card, I am having problem with it because when I click the Resolve button it is forwarding me to a page where I am to add my Credit Card, I tried adding two of my credit cards but it will just get me back to the same page. Now that I think about it when your account is Limited it is mentioned that you cannot actually add a credit card. Look here:

What can't I do while my account is limited?
* send money
* withdraw money from your account
* close your account
* add or remove a card (this one)
* add or remove a bank account
* send refunds

Please help me resolve my account limitations. I am working online in oDesk and it is my primary source of money. I love Paypal because it is letting me withdraw my fund with only few charges and Godly fast.
And also this happens after I have sent money to my brother. But the payment has been made to the status of HELD.
This is the first time that it happened to me. Have anyone really lose their money just because the payment is held?
I would greatly appreciate any help.
