Default suspended accounts - same household

We have two Ebay accounts, but the both of them are suspended.
eBay Customer Support informed us, the second one is stopped because it's in the same household.
so..what should we do??We have sent the required information to prove my identity, address and phone.
But…still waiting for their answer 3 weeks, already.
So…Please, give me ,an advice how to reinstate just one of our accounts.

Sounds to me like one stone hit 2 birds.

My advice would be (if its correct prety sure) Get the first one reinstated, becase that is the main one since your in the same household the other of course is gona get banned because its basicly linked. Might as well send the info for the other too hm that's good thinking, in case they want info for that person also.

3 weeks is quite a long time, im pretty sure theres a time limit if you dont recieve a response back that mean's they messed up in there department or you faxed them correctly. Mine was done in one week but it should take 2 weeks to make sure you give them enough time.If I were you I would refax the stuff you sent to them. Everything you can but do it seperate for each account. But hm not sure how it works out with 2 accounts like that suspended cause of one hits the other. Well hope I helped...

Oh yeah make sure you follow exactly what it asks for reinstatement also, for the step's.

I'll do it..again, and again...and hope it will work.
Btw, I don't know..getting confused.
Maybe our cause is different.
I have a third one account. But I have never used it ...no selling there, no buying.....
It was suspended too - same reason(same household). They have reinstated this one, only.

If they reinstated one, that's a good sign. Just keep trying for the others if you need them. In the future I would just use one account at a time or change your IP when connecting to your other accounts.

Default Ebay suspension - the saga continues

Well...we got the e-mail from Ebay:
Dear *******,
Thank you for inquiring about your eBay suspension.
bla-bla-bla....
It also appears that your account is related to a
previously suspended user.
Based on this review, your account will remain closed.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
****"
BTW, the first one suspended has a 100 feedbacks( it's registered later)and the other one got a more than 500.

so....last week, we registered the other account. Used the proxy - example - made the registration in USA ,
we are in Canada, the proxy shows our location in Europe.
so..everything is so far from the another accounts-the names , the Paypal account....soo...
But....it's suspended yesterday?
That's not all - our customers got the letters from EBay saying they should make a claim as soon as possible!!!
Ebay inform us the account is suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently impact another member's account.

That's not everything....we tryed to contact them via phone, we got it because the one of accounts got the status power seller.
so....they didn't want to talk with us. The reason - we could make a record of the conversation and it would be not safety for them. Ha-ha-haaaaaaa
so...what should we do...??

You might just need to scrap those accounts, and a create new one based on my guides. It may be easier then trying to deal with eBay.

The letter is for the fist two suspended accounts, which we tryed to reinstate few times, but nothing happening.
Actually, they are more important for me.
Uf.......big headache:(

I did it!!
New registration - using the my hubby's brother name and Paypal account ...using proxy....so..in the result - again suspended some days after registration.
I'm trying to deal with eBay..but it's as well talk to a brick wall.
You see how hit your head against the wall.

I have to think twice.
The better way , would be to reinstate the accounts, I'm still wondering what's wrong...
The accounts have had 100 % positive feedbacks ( more than 500 and the other one 100)
so..I would rather prefer to make deal with eBay, just will try to do it.
If it's work and here is happy end, I'll let you know
