Wll paypal suspend my account if I do this?

I recently moved to another country, I'm not yet allowed to open a bank acct here. But I still have an active with funds debit card from my country of origin, Sweden.

Can I open a paypal account and put Sweden as my country so I can transfer funds to my Swedish debit card, even if I'm not in Sweden? Or will paypal suspend my account for doing so?

I would suggest you use a Sweden-based IP. Maybe other people will have some input here. I would be little surprised if you could base yourself in one country and register while on another....
