Default Just STARTED-7:28PM, EST-PAYPAL or NOTHING!

I was listing in bulk,, all my listings went thorough unitl 7:28pm, then started rejecting--so I went over to my email to see if the familiar Abusing ebay email was there--nope..
So, then i went into ebay , and tried a relist of something that sold--got the email:
CANNOT LIST without offering PayPal--thats the just of it...
The actual Verbage was posted on the sticky-- paypal/mercha accts by Chris,
But- what they are saying-- is that you CAN list with PAYPAL, untilwe Verify your ability to accept MC/VISA etc.--so in other words--
PAYPAL or NOTHING.....(will get the verbage and post here)--

NOW- Ebay requiring MERCHANT info--EVEN if you have PAYPAL listed, but ALSO list cc as OPTION:
Attention!
We noticed that you chose to offer credit card as a payment option. To confirm that you can support this process, please fax a copy of your most recent merchant processing statement to (866) 309-6493.

Please include your eBay user ID, phone number and email address in the fax so that we can contact you.

While we confirm your merchant credit card account, you can continue listing items on eBay with PayPal as the payment method. PayPal is convenient to use and offers buyers and sellers protection against fraud, chargebacks, and theft of financial data.

Your revenge should work for a few items at least. So do some small dollar stuff first and let it slide, then hit a few high dollar items, withdraw payment, the file chargeback.

You know, it is so funny how vulnerable ebay/paypal are to being ripped off. If
I were not so honest, I could have rip people for tens of thousands, bit I only rip big corporations. It is so easy to open ⊗⊗⊗⊗ selling account, get payments into ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal, then buy stuff with balance. So I don't understand why paypal likes to piss off people by limiting accounts of legit people.

That's going to make a lot of people angry. Not good for eBay.

Seriously, give lots and lots of screenshots. Put them up on as many websites as you can.

You gave no screenshots.

Also to the person who said they'd do chargebacks on paypal, well I doubt paypal can catch you, but your credit card companies might jack you up or something if you do it too often.
