Default Printing Shipping labels with Paypal vs USPS?

OK, I have been afraid to print my shipping labels in Paypal b/c my address does not match my return address for obvious reasons. I have been using USPS Click n Ship service, where I can just put my address.

If I change my address on the label in paypal with my current address, which I have used on a previously suspended account, will paypal see this and link it?

if you use usps.com you cant print "first class" lables, if you sell something over a pound it doesn't matter but if youre selling things lighter than that and want to save on shipping costs you want to use first class, paypal offers first class label printing which is really weird when the actual company themselves cant even do it. or you can use encidia.com they charge you $15 per month but its definitely a moneysaver if you need first class label printing like me

Most likely they want to get more money from you with delivery confirmation if you have to take it to the actual post office.
