 Hello, trying to set it up right.
I used to have an account that got a hold put on it and now it will not allow me to sell anything. That was my first and only eBay account and I need help setting up and brand new one with a new PayPal account.
What is the best way to do this and avoid having it flagged or suspended?
Do I need to get a new bank account and a new phone number now?
Any thoughts, suggestions or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
