Little help for paypal multiple accounts

My one account is limited.
So i want to create a another account with same ip. Is any problem with this?
Did they limit that new a/c like previous one without any issue?

To answer your question, no you do not want to do that. Science says, "If one account gets suspended with a particular ip address, if you use the same ip address on a new account, what is likely to happen?"

Common Sense to me.

Two things to start:

1. Nothing ever can ever be used twice. Ever. Pretty easy to remember
