Yeah it is one of Ebays new policies. If your DSR ratings drop below the acceptable limit then your account is basically dead for selling. If you want to buy on the account you can but otherwise you need to get a new account.
Also you should look at how your DSR scores got so low and correct the mistakes you made.

This is why ebay put DSRs in play, to stop sellers who dont take their business seriously enough. Remeber Ebay does not give a crap about sellers, only buyers and if you are not making the buyers happy then ebay is not happy.

you will have to wait until the transactions that have already been completed get feedback from the buyers and hope that the buyers raise those DSR scores back up before they will allow you to sell anything again

.time to start sending those pleading emails if you want to keep account.

Slowly try to rebuild your DSRs but in the meantime, get another account going and revamp your business model.

Do they let you use the same PP? And what is the non-exceptible DSR, below 4.5 for all four?

A gd seller knows how to keep customers happy, there's no excuse for a low seller rating.

I ship internationally and most of my packages take 3-4 weeks to arrive, yet most of my accounts have 4.8 DSR across all categories.

You can do it if you really want, but you must try, try and try, try and try ...you succeed at last!

Buyers can no longer leave shipping time DSRs for international sales.

What Ebay considers non acceptable is "to many" 1s and 2s being left for ANY of the DSR categories. it all depends on how many you get and how close together and how frequently you get the low ones.. Of course that has to figure in to the number of items you sold versus the number of feedback received. there is no magic number in the sky, but you NEVER want to get 1s and 2s on anything.

.although no matter how great of a seller you are, you WILL get at least 1 from an idiot......

ebay sucks i spoke to them earlier after trying for days trying to contact them i manage today and they told me the reason i cant sell because i had 4 opened cases against me. Well that was like 3 mths ago and i sorted it out with buyers, all because 3 of them said they didnt recieved it which was i lie. I did send the items to them, so they said there no time scale to how long my banned from selling.
What make me laugh is when i look at my seller rating they say the recommend thing to improve my seller rating poastages and write a good listing description. i think wtf there nothing wrong with my postage or my listing but how can i improve my seller rating if ebay wont let me. it a joke so i been looking.
The question is does my account go back to normal after 12 month. well if it does then i only got to wait till 31st of this month to find out and see what happens. It seem to there to many jealous buyers out there want to ruining the sellers business

They are telling you that your ratings in more than one category are super low...not good business practice. You will have to wait until your ratings go up......meaning there are probably alot of other people who did NOT yet leave you feedback.
You are doing somethings wrong and you have to change your attitude because "jealous buyers" just doesnt make sense. 12 months from when??? When you opened the account??.....no, you will have to wait until your ratings go back up period.

Make sure that you dont get any more buyer disputes. Time to look at your business and improve it if you want to survive the ebay market. Good Luck to you!

Buyers can't leave DSR"s for free shipping too. that's kind of new to me anyway.

I knew about the free shipping. But I didn't know they couldn't tag you on shipping time. Thats a huge deal. Wont stop pissy buyers from getting you on the rest just out of spit. But it will eliminate buyers giving a 3 or 4 on time not knowing it really hurts seller. That has to be one of the better changes they made for sure.

And no strings attached? eBay usually throws in a "but" with anything that sounds good.

We have been restricted for to many buyer resolution complaints also, what is stupid is we sent the items, the tracking shows they left the USA promptly and we were still ultimately held liable. We even refunded the items and 2 buyers sent money back when they did get the items. I really do not like ebay but it seems to be a neccessary evil in our business. Yuck ! I am going to upload everything into our auctiva store and send emails to all our good cutstomers. Any other suggestions??

Wow, 3-4 weeks what shipping carrier do you use? The slowest I've ever come across is 2 weeks for delivery anywhere, the fastest ever has been Singapore Post going from Singapore to New York - took a whopping 36 hours to be at the door!! I thought you sold mostly small items anyway, is there the markup for selling internationally?
