Accept PayPal payments without PayPal account? Cartmanager?

PROFILE:

-100% positive feedback
-3 year old account in good standing
-7 months as seller with about 30 positive feedbacks

Recently I sold about $12,000 worth of designer items. Paypal puts a hold on my account. I fax in copies of my ID, whatever invoices I could find for the original purchases of the items that I had listed for sale, contact info of places where I bought some of my items. After about an hour arument on the phone and different managers at paypal they still closed my account and refunded all of my buyers. Now, I have all this merchandise sitting at home with no way to collect payments and my buyers are already leaving negative feedback (4 negative, 1 neutral) My eBay account is still active, however. I still want to sell on ebay - good part time business.


QUESTION - Is there any way to accept paypal payments without actually having a paypal account? Possibly thought cartmanager? But if I use cartmanager don't I need a merchant account and a website store? Merchant accounts do a credit check (my credit not so good).

Is there a way out? I want to sell on ebay and accept paypal, but don't want to have all my payment receipts tied up in PayPal.

Works for UK and Europe too - you just have to follow their regulation guidelines.

Webmaster Checks can do this too - they have own paypal account and allows you to process throught them all PayPal payments.

Well i think its simple.Webmaster-check will give you product payment code.
And when user clicks that button or image or link it will be brought to their page where he will need to choose which way to pay including paypal.
You should chat with them.
They have AIM support.

im thinking of getting it but the only problem is
if i sell a vero item how will paypal know if its a vero item
all i want is my money ?? please help
